Necrology Report Form

The Pacific Presbytery celebrates the service and lives of its ruling elders. A Necrology Report is to be made annually to the Presbytery. This report should include the names of any ruling elders who have passed away in the past year. This includes both elders who were active in their role and those who had served in previous years. In the PCUSA, once you are ordained an elder, you are ordained for life. Please do not include pastors or deacons on this form, only ruling elders. Thank you.
