Position Title: Preschool Director
Qualifications:
A person of faith
Love of children is a top priority
BA or MA in child development or related field preferred
Meet all state requirements for Preschool Director
Administrative and organizational experience and skills
Previous experience working in a preschool environment
Ability to communicate effectively and create a feeling of
community with children, parents and staff
Responsibilities:
Direct a weekday morning children’s program
Recruit and supervise staff
Provide for parent education
Interface with church staff and committees
Sustain compliance with government agencies
Continue professional growth
Supervise collection of fees and maintain employee hours
Salary Range: $55,000 to $65,000 per year
