Annual Clergy Reporting Forms
These forms help the Presbytery keep our database records current of all the Clergy members under our care and jurisdiction. The information shared within these forms is used only for communication purposes within our Presbytery and the denomination. These forms should be submitted annually to the Stated Clerk by February 15.
Forms for Inquirers are necessary to complete when considering vocational ministry.
Forms for Candidates are used by the Inquirer and their committee/commission overseeing preparation for ministry when a decision has been made to recommend the Inquirer be advanced by the Presbytery to Candidate status.

Policy for Candidates Not Moving Forward in the Process
The goal of this policy is to improve accountability to and from inquirers, candidates, local churches, the presbytery and the broader church concerning the preparation for ordained ministry.
