Annual September Mission-Focused Presbytery Meetings
Every September, members of the Presbytery of the Pacific come together as a joint body to focus on mission and the changing context of the church in post-Christendom. Organized by a Visioning/Planning Team out of the Mission Interpretation and Promotion (MIP) committee, their goal is to challenge congregations as a collective witness here in Los Angeles and Hawaii, to be formed and shaped by spiritual formation in mission. This power-packed, TWO-DAY mission event is held annually on the last Friday & Saturday of September. This year, the event is slated for September 25 & 26, 2015. Friday is designated for Clergy, clergy spouses, Inquirers/Candidates for ministry. Saturday is open to all congregations/members of the Pacific Presbytery as well as community partners.
